"My device stopped working  today, so I called Tech Support for help. I was lucky enough to reach a support agent, who not only got my device working again, he also helped me with my old software. He was extraordinarily patient and showed me shortcuts with the applications, which took  a considerable amount ot time but in the end I was completely satisfied. He deserves, in my opinion, five gold stars, and, were I his employer, a raise!
